Expressions of interest

To ensure a straightforward enrolment process, please complete a Gene​ral Enrolment Enquiry Form.​

Enrolment process​​​​​

1. Download and fill in the General Enrolment​ Enquiry Form
   
2. Complete the Enrolment Booklet​
3. Contact the office to arrange an enrolment interview​
4. Bring your completed enrolment book, along with all necessary paperwork, to your interview.​​​

What to bring to your interview

• Student's birth certificate
  
• Any legal documents (e.g. custody documents)
• Your student's latest report card
  
• Any reports relating to diagnoses from support workers, guidance officers, paediatricians etc. ​ie. ADD, ASD, ICP
